Cancellation and Refund Policy

Navodaya Networks Forum expects that the donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. In case of an unintended donation made by mistake or change of mind, we can process refund requests of donation if the requests reach us with all the details within 30days of the transaction, and in any case not later than 20th March of the same financial year. We must have received a request preferably through email addressed to office@navodaya.online with all the details: Name of the donor, date/time of the transaction, transaction ID, bank details, and PAN number, with a clearly specified reason on why a refund is requested. In case the transaction charges for the refund are more than Rs.50/-, we shall deduct the amount from the refund.

If you have ordered any subscriptions, goods, or services from Navodaya Networks Forum, you may cancel the order before it is dispatched. The refund will be initiated within seven days after the cancellation request reaches us. Cancellation requests should reach us with full details at Office@navodaya.online.
